The 30-Day Cat-Approved Guarantee

Cats are not a focus group. If yours ignores the fountain, that's not your fault and you shouldn't be out of pocket.

You have 30 days from delivery. Email support@loafpet.com and we'll refund you in full, to your original payment method, within 5 business days of approving the request.

You keep the fountain. Don't ship anything back, don't fill in a form, don't send us a photo. One email is the whole process. Return shipping costs more than the product, and making you pay it to prove a point helps nobody.

Damaged or faulty on arrival

Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost. No return needed. If it stops working within 12 months of delivery, same process.

Wrong item received

Email us a photo. We'll send the correct item at no cost and you keep whatever arrived by mistake.

Cancelling an order

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll cancel and refund in full. After that it's with our fulfilment partner and can't be recalled — but the 30-day guarantee still covers you once it lands.

Before you contact your bank

If something's gone wrong, email support@loafpet.com first. We answer within one business day and we resolve things faster than a dispute process will. A chargeback takes weeks and locks us out of helping you directly.
