Where we ship

United States only at the moment.

Cost

Free on every order. No minimum.

How long it takes

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Delivery usually lands 10–15 days from the day you order. Customs occasionally adds a few days beyond that.

We ship direct from our production partner overseas rather than holding US warehouse stock. That's a deliberate choice — it's why this fountain is $29.95 instead of $50. The trade-off is that it takes longer to reach you than something sitting in a warehouse in Ohio.

If that timeline doesn't work for you, please don't order. We'd rather lose the sale than have you disappointed.

Import fees

None. Duties and taxes are handled before your parcel reaches you. There is nothing to pay on delivery.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2–3 days to start updating after dispatch — this is normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.

Wrong address

Email support@loafpet.com within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it. After dispatch we can't change the destination. If a parcel is returned to sender as undeliverable, we'll refund you in full.

Lost or stuck parcels

If tracking hasn't moved in 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, email us. We'll replace it or refund you — your choice.
